Always ensure to receive the cash deposit first and be wary of fake notes in circulation before top up of the wallet. In case of doubt of fake notes or any suspicious indications with the client please stop the transaction. Do not receive their money either. Every client to produce their original ID at the point of transaction. No transaction without original ID. As an agent you are prohibited to conduct any transaction without original ID of the client and violations to this leads to immediate termination of contract and necessary legal action.
